Bolivian President Evo Morales resigns

Bolivian President Evo Morales resignsing has left Bolivia and sought political asylum in Mexico. On 23 October, just three weeks after taking power, Bolivian citizens and military coup forced Ivo Morales to leave Bolivia and seek refuge in Mexico. He confirmed this in a Twitter message.

After the irregularities in the counting of votes for the October 20 election, the Bolivian citizen protested to demand the resignation of President Evo Morales. Three people were killed in the movement. Bolivian police argue with anti-government movement activists. To counter the situation, the army joins the Agitator and they promise the people that they will no fire at any public.

On Sunday, the Washington-based forum – Organization of American States (OAS) complained that there was irregularities in the October 20 election.
Another US-based think tank, the Center for Economic and Policy Research, uncovered irregularities in search and elections.

Eventually in the military coup, he sought political asylum in Mexico. Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Eberd confirmed in a tweet that Morales arrived on Mexico by air on a Mexican official plane. While on the plane, Evo Morales published a Mexican flag in hand. He said that, I was leaving the country because of the military coup, I feels bad to leave my country. ”

At this time, no decision has been made on who will be the head of the Bolivian government.
