Turkey tests anti-ship missiles ‘ATMACA’ (video)

Ankara has successfully tested a deadly anti-ship missile ‘ATMACA’. The long-range missile, built with the country’s own technology, is capable of successfully hitting targets at a distance of 220 km.

Yeni Safak released a promotional video of the anti-ship missile on Saturday. The missile was tested on July 1. Defense Minister Ismail Demi released the video on Twitter. The Defense Ministry claims that it is capable of hitting targets at a distance of more than 220 km.

The ATMACA missile was developed by Rocketsan, a Turkish defense contractor. This Atmaka long-range missile can target any ship from land to land and from land. It is usable in any weather.
